About the Role
You will develop relationships with institutional issuers, banks, asset managers, and startups exploring tokenization. You will drive adoption, TVL, transactions, integrations, and go-to-market execution for tokenized products. You will manage post-launch partner success, develop liquidity and distribution strategies, monitor performance, and support market development activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product growth or business development experience in a digital assets role responsible for TVL or AUM
- Track record of driving adoption and growth metrics for financial products
- Understanding of tokenization, RWAs, DeFi, yield strategies, and digital asset market structure
- Experience with liquidity provision, market making, or trading operations
- Analytical ability to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple products and stakeholders simultaneously
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience working with founders or early-stage companies
- Retail and technical understanding of Solana
- Active participation in crypto communities and ecosystem building
- Ability to travel 25–40% for conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem events
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage banks, asset managers, and startups exploring tokenization
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective issuers
- Support founders and early-stage institutional and RWA startups
- Represent Solana at industry events
- Drive adoption and TVL growth for live tokenized products
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Create scalable growth playbooks
- Monitor product performance and identify growth bottlenecks
- Build liquidity strategies and DeFi integrations
- Coordinate product access with wallets, custody providers, and platforms
- Develop secondary market opportunities
- Serve as the primary post-launch contact for institutional issuers
- Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations
- Ensure partner KPIs and success metrics are achieved
- Develop relationships with wealth platforms, brokerages, and aggregators
- Create educational content and sales enablement materials
