About the Role

You will act as the primary bridge between the network and sophisticated trading firms, market makers, and institutional data providers. You will identify, pitch, and onboard market makers and trading firms, negotiate complex institutional agreements, and lead sales for premium low-latency data products. You will manage VIP relationships, represent the organization at industry events across Asia and Europe, and relay market feedback to product and engineering teams. Work is remote and requires clear technical communication about APIs and data latency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or relationship management at an exchange market maker or tier-1 crypto firm
  • Deep understanding of how market makers operate and their liquidity needs
  • Familiarity with traditional exchange structures and decentralized finance
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with institutional-grade professionalism
  • 5+ years in business development sales or institutional coverage within finance or fintech
  • Technical literacy to discuss API integrations and data latency with confidence
  • Fluent English; Mandarin highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard top-tier market makers and trading firms
  • Manage the supply side lifecycle and ensure providers are integrated and incentivized
  • Navigate complex negotiations with institutional entities
  • Lead sales efforts for premium low-latency high-accuracy data offerings
  • Communicate the technical and economic value proposition of data products
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and shape the roadmap
  • Act as a high-touch relationship manager for VIP clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Represent the organization at major TradFi and DeFi industry events across Asia and Europe
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of exchanges, oracles, and data providers
