About the Role
The GTM Director will act as General Manager for a specific vertical, owning revenue strategy, market development, pipeline generation, deal execution, marketing direction, relationship building, and customer-driven product insights. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires working in the office five days per week.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in top-tier management consulting, strategy, GTM operations, or high-stakes startup GM roles.
- Ability to dissect a market, identify a winning value proposition, and execute a market-capture plan.
- Willingness to send emails, take calls, and negotiate contracts.
- Comfort with data, pricing models, and competitive analysis.
- Must be located in person in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop vertical strategy by mapping the ecosystem, competitive landscape, and customer problems.
- Generate pipeline through campaigns, events, content, and direct outreach.
- Manage deals from first meeting through pilot to signed contract.
- Direct Content and Events teams on marketing resources needed to penetrate the market.
- Represent Verisoul at industry conferences, dinners, and events.
- Translate customer conversations into strategic insights for Product and Engineering.
