About the Role
You will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle for the whitelabel stablecoin product and generate leads for wider products. You will identify and qualify partners, create tailored pitches, and take deals from initial contact through launch. You will manage long-term partner relationships and commercial terms, build sales and onboarding processes, coordinate deal execution with legal, operations, finance, and product, and refine commercial positioning using market feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep familiarity with payments and fintech infrastructure, value chains, neobanks, B2B payments, and cross-border corridors.
- Demonstrate proven business development and sales execution for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrate a track record of building and converting a pipeline from cold outreach to signed agreements.
- Apply commercial judgment to identify product value, develop market theses, and prioritize opportunities.
- Maintain an existing network in payments and fintech, particularly in emerging markets.
- Operate independently without an existing playbook in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Manage senior relationships at regulated financial institutions.
- Work effectively in a high-trust, flat, async-first startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Originate and close deals with enterprise-grade counterparties.
- Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline across North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia, MENA, and Europe.
- Own relationships with whitelabel partners, including commercial terms, partner health, and growth opportunities.
- Develop onboarding processes, deal structure templates, approval workflows, and launch playbooks.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, and product to execute deals and resolve blockers.
- Refine positioning and commercial framing based on market feedback, competition, and counterparty needs.
