About the Role

You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop account executives. You will own regional performance and forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline quality, partner with RevOps on data, and help representatives navigate late-stage deals, pricing, negotiations, and close strategy.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience
• 5+ years managing, mentoring, and developing enterprise sales teams
• Experience managing end-to-end complex $1M+ deals
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Market analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, tooling, and workflows
• Experience building go-to-market strategies, sales teams, or sales motions
