About the Role

You will own a broad enterprise book and lead complex six- and seven-figure healthcare sales cycles from prospecting through close. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, map accounts, manage deal risk, guide pricing and escalation decisions, and use AI tools to improve research, outreach, forecasting, and execution.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience
• Experience identifying and closing large accounts
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota
• Experience running complex six- and seven-figure ACV deals
• Ability to build trusted C-suite relationships
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad enterprise book and lead complex deals from prospecting through close
• Lead VP-level conversations and build C-suite relationships
• Identify and manage deal risk and build stakeholder maps
• Guide pricing, escalation timing, executive alignment, and deal strategy
• Engage company leadership for executive customer engagement when appropriate
• Raise standards across deal teams
• Use AI tools for account research, outreach, call summarization, forecasting, and deal execution
