About the Role
You will manage and develop Enterprise Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You will build the SDR function, coach enterprise sales motions, hire and train SDRs, report and forecast pipeline, and improve systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams
- Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments
- Experience managing or selling into enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles
- Experience hiring and developing talent
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools and familiarity with email and call-automation platforms
- Ability to use data to build scalable systems and improve conversion and efficiency
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Enterprise SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, and processes
- Manage daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs
- Create career-development and leadership plans for direct reports
- Coach SDRs on enterprise prospecting, account research, executive-level messaging, and pipeline generation
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on initiatives that advance objectives
- Report on team performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership
- Optimize systems, processes, and operating rhythms to improve efficiency
- Represent the Enterprise Sales Development team in cross-functional forums
