About the Role
You will negotiate high-value enterprise, technology, partnership, hyperscaler, and vendor agreements. You will develop commercial legal strategies, assess and mitigate risk, design legal operations that support sales, and use AI products to improve legal work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Extensive transaction-negotiation experience
- Ability to balance risk with a practical commercial approach
- JD and license to practice law in California or New York, or eligibility to register as in-house counsel
- Commitment to being in-office five days per week
- Eligibility under U.S. export regulations or ability to obtain required authorization
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements
- Collaborate on commercial legal strategies
- Design legal structures and operations that support product sales and mitigate risk
- Support legal-department work across unfamiliar matters
- Use AI products to accelerate learning and productivity
