About the Role
You will guide platform partners through growth on embedded financial-service solutions. You will provide payment expertise, manage projects, lead commercial discussions, build stakeholder relationships, use data to guide customers, and represent customer feedback internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role, account management, consulting, or merchant-side payments
- Experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
- Strategic payment-conversation, business-review, and technical-discussion skills
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Project prioritization and cross-department collaboration skills
- Full professional written and verbal English proficiency
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
