About the Role
You will serve as a trusted consultant and business partner to Aladdin clients. You will manage relationships with portfolio management, risk, performance, and reporting teams; identify opportunities to expand Aladdin use; communicate client feedback to product managers; and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will stay current on industry trends, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with portfolio management workflows or portfolio analysis, portfolio optimization, risk decomposition, and performance attribution
- Knowledge of private and public markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients
- Experience managing large, complex projects and solving problems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity, multidisciplinary global environment
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with clients’ portfolio management, risk, performance, and reporting teams
- Enable clients to use Aladdin to achieve their firms’ goals
- Collaborate with clients to identify new uses of Aladdin
- Act as a consultative partner to senior client stakeholders
- Connect the Aladdin product vision to clients’ business and strategic initiatives
- Develop strategies to improve client Aladdin adoption and identify product opportunities
- Communicate client product feedback to product managers and track development and deployment
- Monitor regulatory and operational industry trends
- Define and execute strategic and tactical client initiatives through cross-functional solutions
- Drive successful outcomes across the firm
- Manage upward through clear communication and transparency
- Coach junior team members
