- Provide consultative support to Itaú Personnalité and Itaú Corretora managers
- Support commercial campaigns and business opportunities for investor clients
- Provide service and advice on investment products and services
- Support client retention, resource reallocation, and commercial development initiatives
- Monitor operational and commercial indicators
- Collaborate with specialists and partner areas to improve the client experience
- Use digital tools and commercial intelligence to improve results
