About the Role
You will own a portfolio of client accounts from initial adoption through value realization, retention, renewal, and expansion. You will develop account strategies, build relationships with users and executive stakeholders, run business reviews, monitor customer health, manage escalations, and share client feedback with product and engineering.
Requirements
- 2+ years of front-office experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, asset management, hedge funds, or a comparable investment role preferred
- Alternatively, 3+ years of customer-facing experience in client strategy, account management, or related roles at high-growth enterprise financial technology companies
- Strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills
- Outstanding project-management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts and lead live demos and working sessions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Drive client engagement and product adoption
- Plan and run QBRs and business reviews
- Manage renewals end-to-end
- Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk
- Relay client insights to product and engineering
