About the Role
You will configure and demonstrate workforce management technology for prospective customers. You will support discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification; understand customer business and technical environments; address risks and gaps; and travel to field events as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of workforce management software pre-sales experience
- Experience presenting and demonstrating software to global organizations with more than 10,000 employees
- Communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of a customer organization
- Organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all products
- Support Enterprise Sales across discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification
- Define and present how the platform addresses prospect business and operational issues
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect business and technical environments
- Identify risks and gaps and remove obstacles through adaptive approaches
- Travel to field events, meetings, and conferences as needed
- Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions
