About the Role
You will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, from prospecting and product demonstrations through quotes, negotiation, retention, and expansion. You will communicate customer needs, maintain CRM and forecast data, lead hackathons, and support customers in adopting the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in an AE or SE/technical sales role, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Full-cycle sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools such as HubSpot
- Coding knowledge or software development lifecycle understanding
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Guide prospects and customers through the buying journey
- Conduct product demonstrations and orchestrate non-engineering hackathons
- Articulate the value proposition against customer business objectives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Prepare quotes and negotiate deals
- Maintain customer and forecasting data in HubSpot
- Develop client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Support customer platform adoption
- Gather and communicate customer feedback
