About the Role
You will own the enterprise sales cycle across DACH, from outbound prospecting through closing strategic deals. You will develop sales strategies, identify new use cases, build stakeholder consensus, gather customer feedback for product roadmaps, and improve sales playbooks and processes.
Requirements
- Native-level German and excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience
- Financial services industry sales experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and securing strategic deals
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes and stakeholder ecosystems
- Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements
- Experience exceeding revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline
- Understanding of German enterprise buying cycles and market pain points
- Knowledge of advanced AI systems and enterprise applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise business and drive revenue across DACH
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
- Design and execute sales strategies for enterprise procurement and budgeting cycles
- Identify new AI use cases across enterprise departments
- Build consensus among executives, administrators, IT departments, and procurement offices
- Gather enterprise user feedback and inform product roadmaps
- Refine sales playbooks, templates, and best practices
