About the Role

You will lead relationship managers and serve as a senior contact and advocate for B2B clients. You will build strategic client relationships, coordinate cross-functional delivery, develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate agreements, oversee renewals and retention, and improve client reporting and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7–10 years of B2B relationship management or business development experience.
  • At least 2 years of people-management and leadership experience.
  • Experience growing client relationships through cross-selling and expansion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS or payments products.
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear conversations.
  • Ability to structure unstructured problems.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to offices and client locations.
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, payments, or crypto.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Develop customers into advocates.
  • Lead and coach relationship managers.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, and engineering teams.
  • Lead monthly client calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create account strategies for enablement, expansion, upselling, and co-marketing.
  • Channel client feedback into product roadmaps and solutions.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and product-adoption opportunities.
  • Negotiate client agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery measured by NPS.
  • Design reporting to track client satisfaction.
  • Own retention and contract renewals.
  • Improve client-related CRM and internal processes.
