About the Role
You will partner with the Executive Vice President to translate priorities into operating plans and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. You will analyze market performance, develop business cases, establish operating cadences and governance, prepare executive materials, and drive accountability for strategic decisions and initiatives.
Requirements
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
- Experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, technology, fintech, financial services, or a similar analytical environment
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Commercial judgment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing business cases, performance analyses, and executive-level recommendations
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Define priorities and translate objectives into initiatives, milestones, and accountability
- Drive annual and quarterly planning processes
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives
- Identify and resolve execution risks, dependencies, and organizational gaps
- Develop analyses and recommendations for market expansion and investment allocation
- Monitor market performance, commercial trends, and competitive developments
- Build business cases and scenario analyses
- Establish operating cadences, governance mechanisms, dashboards, and management reports
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and strategic updates
- Lead special projects and resolve competing priorities across functions
