About the Role

You will define strategic decisions, gather facts, build financial models, and write recommendations for executives. You will turn approved recommendations into programs with goals, milestones, budgets, and pilots. You will coordinate internal functions and external partners, lead special projects, and support leadership, board, investor, expansion, and deal-evaluation work.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or strategy or chief of staff roles
Operating-company experience
Senior-leader writing experience, including investment memos, board materials, or strategy recommendations
Program launch and operational handoff experience
Financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
Experience with capital-heavy businesses
Experience in data centers, power and energy, AI compute and cloud, or manufacturing
Daily use of AI tools for research, analysis, and writing

Responsibilities

Define strategic decisions, options, and success conditions
Write executive recommendations supported by financial analysis and models
Build unit economics, scenario, and capacity models
Launch approved recommendations as programs with goals, milestones, budgets, sponsors, and teams
Run pilots and recommend whether to scale, change course, or stop
Coordinate engineering, finance, legal, real estate, and external partners
Prepare programs for handoff to business unit leaders
Lead cross-business-unit special projects
Support leadership meetings, board and investor materials, international expansion, and deal evaluations
Screen incoming requests to the President’s office
