About the Role

You will lead mission-critical facilities operations, operational readiness, commissioning transitions, incident response, and reliability improvements across AI compute campuses. You will manage vendors and facilities personnel, coordinate infrastructure changes, monitor capacity and risk, and establish scalable operating procedures and maintenance programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience operating mission-critical facilities data centers industrial infrastructure or large-scale technical operations
• Knowledge of electrical distribution generators UPS cooling systems and building controls
• Experience with commissioning operational readiness or infrastructure turnover
• Experience leading facilities operations teams contractors and vendors
• Experience developing maintenance strategies operating procedures and reliability programs
• Experience with hyperscale cloud AI HPC or mission-critical data centers is preferred
• Experience with liquid cooling and high-density compute deployments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of mission-critical facility infrastructure
• Own operational readiness for campus deployments and expansion
• Transition facilities from construction and startup into steady-state operations
• Develop and improve operating procedures maintenance programs and response plans
• Lead infrastructure incident response and recovery
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action programs
• Manage vendors contractors and service providers
• Coordinate infrastructure changes and maintenance activities
• Monitor facility performance operational risk and capacity utilization
• Support staffing training and development of facilities personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and operational standards
• Establish scalable operational processes
