About the Role

You will partner with the CTO and senior leaders to build operating systems, align priorities, and keep initiatives moving. You will lead internal AI and IT strategy, own KPI and planning processes, coordinate cross-functional programs, and improve organizational data, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

Engineering or computer science background strongly preferred
8+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role
Experience with production systems
Experience in a high-growth infrastructure or cloud environment
Experience scaling an organization through significant growth
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to synthesize inconsistent data from multiple sources
Experience working across teams without formal authority

Responsibilities

Build the Crusoe Operating System
Lead internal AI and IT strategy
Support the CTO and CTO staff
Build KPI dashboards, operational metrics, and initiative trackers
Drive quarterly planning
Lead cross-cutting programs and organizational communications
Drive IPO readiness and compliance
Coordinate headcount planning and organizational design
Build AI-enabled workflows and reporting systems
Improve data flow between operational tools
