About the Role
You will own the institutional OTC sales cycle from lead generation through relationship management. You will pitch liquidity solutions, onboard institutional clients, structure large-volume stablecoin trades, build liquidity relationships, and coordinate execution with trading, compliance, legal, and product stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
- Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics, mint and burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics
- Active network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs preferred
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate evolving stablecoin regulation
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end institutional sales cycle
- Identify and acquire HNWIs, market makers, and institutional trading desks
- Cultivate long-term liquidity relationships and close large-block trades
- Act as the liaison between institutional clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams
