About the Role
You will collect client KYC documents and service agreements after sales close. You will review paperwork for accuracy, coordinate with sales and onboarding teams, maintain CRM onboarding records, and follow up with clients about missing information or document requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Review complex data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collect KYC documents and service agreements from clients after sales close.
- Review submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the liaison between Sales and onboarding teams.
- Maintain updated CRM records on onboarding progress.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing information and document requirements.
