About the Role

You will act as a senior member of the sales team, proactively identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new institutional and high-net-worth clients across the US. You'll manage and oversee the office, building and nurturing long-term client relationships by understanding trading needs and offering tailored solutions across spot trading, options, and structured products. You'll lead client meetings and presentations, gather market and client feedback to inform new product development, and drive expansion of the client footprint through comprehensive user-mapping. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute growth initiatives, analyze competitor offerings, and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process. You'll also mentor junior team members, sharing your product expertise and work ethic.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management products, or payments
  • Holds an active Series 24 license (General Securities Principal)
  • Prior experience in the digital assets space is a plus
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organization skills
