About the Role
You will develop and execute sales strategies for Spanish-speaking Latin America, design and refine the sales process and playbook, prospect and activate customers, establish and manage distribution and channel partnerships, collect and share market feedback, define and report KPIs, collaborate on GTM plans, and hire, train, and manage commercial teams across the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in payments, fintech, or related industries
- Interest in crypto payments, stablecoins, and cross-border finance
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Proven ability to drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in blockchain or crypto projects (nice to have)
- Network in the fintech or payments ecosystem (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in Spanish-speaking Latin America
- Design, implement, and refine the sales process and playbook for repeatability and scalability
- Prospect, engage, and acquire new clients and maintain a pipeline from prospecting to activation
- Establish and manage distribution, channel, and commercial partnerships
- Gather, analyze, and share client and market feedback with product, growth, and leadership teams
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for sales, partnerships, and commercial performance
- Collaborate with Head of Expansion and Growth to co-create and execute GTM plans, experiments, and regional campaigns
- Hire, train, and manage commercial and sales teams across the region
- Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations to align regional priorities and execution
