About the Role

You will own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise customers. You will prospect and engage potential customers, qualify needs, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. You will develop and execute account strategies, drive product adoption, manage renewals and upsells, and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline. You will collaborate with sales engineering, product, and services to achieve customer outcomes and provide product feedback to influence development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives
  • Proven track record sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Self-starter with ability to execute autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience creating long-term account strategies and driving technology adoption
  • Proficiency with CRM systems including forecasting, dashboards, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, and written
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and customer requests concurrently
  • Cross-functional selling experience with technical and business stakeholders
  • Bonus: ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers
  • Based in the US East Coast (EST) or nearby (remote role); applicants must have legal right to work in the hiring country without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales process including prospecting, negotiation, closing, renewals, and upsells
  • Engage potential customers and articulate how the solution addresses their needs
  • Develop long-term relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders
  • Drive technology adoption and create transformational account strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Partners, and ISVs
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM reporting
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales campaigns and processes
  • Represent the company with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction
