About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of commercial customers and drive expansion, renewals, and net revenue retention. You will identify cross-sell opportunities, monitor usage commitments, lead renewal negotiations, prioritize accounts, communicate AI product value, and strengthen field feedback loops.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS
- Expansion and renewal experience
- Experience owning a book of business
- Experience selling technical products
- Knowledge of developer tools, infrastructure, data and AI platforms, payments, fintech, or comparable solutions
- Experience with usage-based models
- Track record of sales outperformance
- Communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of existing commercial customers
- Drive expansion, renewals, and net revenue retention
- Identify opportunities with engineering, data, and product leaders
- Position additional capabilities and expand multi-product relationships
- Monitor usage commitments and revisit commercial structures
- Run transactional and complex renewal motions
- Execute account-tiering strategy and prioritize accounts
- Translate AI ecosystem changes into customer value narratives
- Collaborate with Product, Support, RevOps, and Sales Leadership
