About the Role

Build and scale a channel partner network across the Greater China Region to acquire SME customers and grow revenue. Identify, onboard, and manage partners; develop joint sales and localized lead-generation campaigns; enable partners through training, marketing materials, events, and performance reviews; and share market feedback to improve products and operations.

Requirements

  • Have 3–7 years of successful sales, business development, channel management, or partnerships experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying new revenue opportunities and driving high-velocity channel sales.
  • Understand the SME business landscape, corporate payment flows, and Hong Kong and China cross-border businesses.
  • Maintain a well-developed network in the B2B import/export and regional trade ecosystem.
  • Be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, scout, onboard, and manage channel partners at scale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Instarem channel partners.
  • Develop joint acquisition strategies, co-selling initiatives, and localized campaigns with partners.
  • Generate high-value SME leads through channel partnerships.
  • Enable partners through training, co-marketing collateral, joint events, on-site visits, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to support partner operations and channel programs.
  • Gather partner feedback and market insights to improve products, services, and operations.
