About the Role
You will manage the rollout and ongoing operation of corporate merchant products across Côte d’Ivoire. You will coordinate onboarding training branding and technical setup while monitoring merchant activation performance engagement and transaction volumes. You will manage partner and aggregator relationships investigate unusual activity support compliance reviews resolve operational issues report bugs and coordinate promotions and field visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Law Management Sales or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience conducting field-related merchant activities including merchant acquisition and onboarding
- Experience supporting customers and corporate clients
- Knowledge of the merchant aggregator and fintech ecosystem
- Knowledge of data analysis and technical operations
- Proven client relationship management experience
Responsibilities
- Support corporate merchant deployment and account management across Côte d’Ivoire
- Coordinate merchant onboarding product training branding and technical account setup
- Monitor merchant activation performance engagement and transaction volumes
- Manage and develop partner portfolios including API products
- Define and execute partner growth strategies
- Organize regular business and performance reviews with partners
- Identify risks performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Build relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Manage aggregator relationships and operational follow-up
- Monitor aggregated merchant creation activation and KYB documentation
- Follow up on tickets related to aggregated merchant creation
- Coordinate internal resolution of onboarding technical and operational issues
- Collect and report market and customer information
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and unusual transaction patterns
- Contact and visit merchants when activity drops
- Investigate unexpected volume variations
- Provide insights and recommendations for growth and risk mitigation
- Report bugs to engineers and support communication with partners
- Coordinate merchant promotions events communications and BTL activities
- Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential concerns
- Escalate suspicious activities to Internal Control
- Support corrective action implementation and follow-up
- Conduct field visits to assess operations compliance and user needs
