About the Role

You will build the ISV partner ecosystem from the ground up across Japan and global markets. You will define partnership strategy, recruit and negotiate with partners, structure commercial models, and lead technical integrations. You will manage co-sell motions, marketplace programs, partner enablement, joint content and events, and share partner insights with product and research teams in Japanese and English.

Requirements

• 6+ years of partnerships, alliances, or business development experience with ISV, SaaS, or platform companies
• Experience structuring technical and commercial partnerships and negotiating with partner executives and legal teams
• Technical fluency in APIs and LLM capabilities
• Experience running co-sell motions in Japan and at least one other region
• Ability to drive initiatives autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
• Native or professional fluency in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Define the ISV partnership strategy and target list across Japan and global markets
• Recruit and sign ISV partners and structure commercial models with Legal and Finance
• Drive technical integrations, reference architectures, sample integrations, and certification criteria
• Own co-sell motions, joint account plans, deal registration, and pipeline reviews
• Manage cloud and software marketplace listings and programs
• Build the ISV program, including partner tiers, onboarding, enablement, and security documentation
• Run joint content and events with Enterprise Marketing
• Feed partner and end-customer insights to product and research teams
• Collaborate with global teams and partners in Japanese and English
