About the Role

You will manage multiple business development processes end to end in a fast-moving early-stage startup. You'll reach out to warm leads, close deals to purchase tokens, and sell solutions and products before they're even built. You'll develop go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial offers, and handle investor relations on behalf of partner companies. You'll also work on improving the cryptoeconomic model of the native token, coordinating with funds and stakeholders, and seeking partnerships with Layer1s and DeFi protocols. You'll manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders and help improve key business assets like the deck, white paper, and website by directing designers. Expect a chaotic, unpredictable, and non-linear environment with unconventional tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real experience in tech business development (tech sales, presales marketing, fundraising)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups in crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling or forex
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals with investors and paying customers
  • Intelligent use of AI tools like Copilot and GPT for CRM purposes
  • Strong passion about new technologies, particularly crypto and AI
  • Strong communication skills with perfect English
  • Experience working with a team in a non-corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Find new contacts and close deals to purchase tokens of the project
  • Develop business strategy, go-to-market plan, pricing and commercial offers
  • Find investors, large paying customers and industrial partners
  • Follow up with existing warm contacts via chats and social media
  • Manage investor relations on behalf of partner companies
  • Sell solutions and products before they are built
  • Improve and develop the cryptoeconomic model (token economics) of the native token
  • Coordinate with large funds and key stakeholders to develop profitable strategies
  • Seek out partnerships with Layer1s and DeFi protocols
  • Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
  • Improve key business assets such as decks, white papers, websites and proposals
