About the Role
You will execute business development and B2B initiatives, recruit and support partners, manage partnership relationships, implement acquisition campaigns, optimize the Partners program, and oversee relationships with existing and new partners and clients while following the regulatory framework.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in the FX or technology industry
- Familiarity with client acquisition or partnership building, such as working with IBs or affiliate partners
- Fluent English communication skills
- Additional Arabic, Spanish, or German language skills are an asset
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proactive, curious, and goal-oriented approach
- Interest in sales and partnerships
Responsibilities
- Execute business development strategy and B2B initiatives
- Develop partnerships to recruit new partners through selected channels
- Maintain direct contact with partners and IBs
- Implement campaigns targeted at attracting new partners
- Follow the regulatory framework and company policies
- Manage partnership relations, communication, and recruitment
- Maximize customer acquisition
- Optimize the Partners program through new and established networks
- Oversee existing and new relationships with partners and clients
