About the Role

You will focus deeply on CoW DAO's existing partner network, streamlining and scaling current collaborations to unlock their full potential, while also expanding reach by bringing new strategic partnerships and institutional names into the pipeline. You will act as a technical expert when pitching CoW DAO's core products, tailoring the narrative for both technical developers and non-technical institutional executives. You will navigate complex enterprise sales processes, develop sales enablement materials, and bring market insights back to the core team to help shape product direction. You will also attend conferences and industry events to build the company's B2B presence.

Requirements

  • True DeFi native with a deep passion for decentralized finance and a solid grasp of market structures
  • 7+ years of business development, account management, or partnership management, including at least 3+ years within crypto/Web3
  • Highly methodical and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain complex primitives like intent-based routing, MEV mitigation, and batch auctions
  • Exceptional communication skills tailoring narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles
  • Self-driven operator who thrives in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the existing partner network to streamline and expand current collaborations
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with consumer-facing financial applications, institutional players, and other DeFi protocols
  • Act as a technical expert when pitching CoW DAO's core products to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales processes including RFPs, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and legal reviews
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as sales decks, target lists, and influence maps
  • Bring market insights, friction points, and industry trends back to the core team
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and community panels to build industry connections
