About the Role
You will identify and engage decision makers across blockchain and institutional markets. You will manage complex sales cycles from outreach and technical discovery through proposals negotiations and contract execution. You will collaborate with security engineering solutions architecture delivery and marketing stakeholders to support deal execution and client onboarding. You will build account relationships drive renewals and expansions and represent the organization at industry events and ecosystem meetups.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Web3 blockchain security cybersecurity SaaS or institutional fintech
- Strong familiarity with EVM chains Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols DeFi tokenomics and smart contract architectures
- Understanding of Web2 cybersecurity fundamentals including penetration testing code review and risk assessments
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through outbound outreach and consultative deal closing
- Additional regional Asian language proficiency such as Japanese or Korean is preferred
- Experience selling smart contract audits penetration tests or bug bounty services is preferred
- Understanding of Vietnam’s digital asset licensing landscape is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Finance Business Administration or a related field
