About the Role

You will grow institutional OTC business, develop and execute a regional growth plan, launch new derivatives products, build relationships with crypto projects and ecosystem partners, improve business development processes, and identify cooperation opportunities in the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience in traditional financial services and digital asset services
5+ years of FICC sales experience with institutional counterparties
Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options
Experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, investment banking, or another counterparty-facing role
Experience delivering business results
Excellent verbal and written communication
Trading or crypto knowledge
Understanding of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision
BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

Grow institutional OTC business globally
Develop and execute a regional growth plan
Bring new products such as derivatives to market
Collect customer feedback and test products
Build relationships with crypto projects, local VCs, exchanges, custodians, lenders, and infrastructure providers
Execute a structured business development process
Improve operational efficiency and CRM effectiveness
Track crypto ecosystem launches and news
Identify cooperation and business development opportunities
