About the Role

You will help shape the launch of the Zenith Network by handling inbound calls with projects and clients, managing follow-ups and proposal pipelines, qualifying partnership opportunities, building ecosystem relationships, and maintaining internal information pipelines and CRM records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Web3 and DeFi business development
  • Experience handling high-volume client pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills with CRMs and internal information-sharing structures
  • Experience taking deals from initial contact to launch
  • Deep understanding of enterprise blockchain, DeFi, and EVM
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in DeFi and Web3
  • Understanding of working with DeFi and institutions
  • Ability to work in async workflows involving documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal updates
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Ability to identify opportunities and lead initiatives independently
  • Ability to work closely with founders and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of initial calls with inbound projects and clients
  • Conduct follow-ups and manage proposal pipelines
  • Filter and qualify opportunities to identify high-potential partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with project teams and ecosystem partners
  • Create a workflow to support a successful launch with the pipeline
  • Manage internal information pipelines
  • Keep the CRM updated
