About the Role
You will hire, train, and manage the DST/FOS team in your assigned market. You will acquire and support partners for Tide Card distribution, manage the acquisition pipeline, coordinate partner activation campaigns, resolve partner queries, identify growth opportunities, and monitor market and competitor trends.
Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years managing FOS or card sales teams.
- Have experience in fintech or prepaid card sales.
- Have experience hiring, training, and scaling field sales teams.
- Understand on-ground field execution.
- Be willing to conduct fieldwork and use grassroots insights to shape regional strategy.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage the DST/FOS team in the assigned market.
- Track team performance and provide on-ground support.
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with relevant regional outlets for Tide Card distribution.
- Manage active and prospective acquisition leads and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate onboarding of new partners with internal stakeholders.
- Provide product training and ongoing support to onboarded partners.
- Coordinate monthly partner activation campaigns and app-based marketing initiatives.
- Handle partner operational and technical queries and escalate them for resolution.
- Develop growth opportunities with existing and prospective partners.
- Monitor competitors and partner trends to refine regional strategy.
