About the Role
You aren't just selling software; you're the architect of growth for the APAC region. You will lead the charge in introducing Lucid's visual collaboration suite to new SMB customers, navigating diverse territories to turn prospects into partners. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role where you'll engage with various personas to solve complex business problems through visual thinking.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales closing experience (as an Account Executive, or similar role), preferably in SaaS/tech
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at the Melbourne, AUS office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
- Experience with software sales (prospecting & closing)
- Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously
- Experience with Outreach or similar workflow software
- Skilled in selling a product against direct and indirect competitors
- BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Move beyond standard outreach and use out-of-the-box strategies to break into new accounts and build a robust pipeline
- Become an expert in Lucid's ecosystem and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders ranging from IT leads to Creative Directors
- Maintain a precise data-driven forecast that provides clear visibility into territory growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales plays and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the entire APAC team
- Build genuine lasting relationships that ensure newest customers become lifelong advocates
- Complete other various assigned tasks and duties
