About the Role
You will lead and manage business development professionals to grow the Treasures segment. You will acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, collaborate across functions to improve client experience, analyze markets and client needs, develop the team, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services
- Track record of leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Proficiency in relevant business software and tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals
- Develop and execute plans to acquire new Treasures clients
- Deepen relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
- Identify business opportunities and optimize the Treasures offering
- Mentor and develop the team
