About the Role
You expand the VIP client base in Australia by onboarding and retaining high net worth individuals, family offices, and smaller corporate clients. You develop revenue and AUM strategies, negotiate partnerships, manage key relationships, generate referrals, resolve account roadblocks, and represent the OKX value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience in VIP business development within crypto, private banking, finance, or trading
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret market data
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented approach
- Understanding of financial market dynamics and ANZ regulations
Responsibilities
- Maximise regional revenue through VIP client onboarding and retention
- Formulate AUM and revenue optimisation strategies
- Contribute to the company’s strategic direction
- Identify and negotiate partnerships in Australia
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate referrals and new sales channels
- Manage client accounts and communicate potential roadblocks
- Represent the OKX value proposition to customers
