About the Role
You will lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through renewal. You will guide SSO and connector setup, create success plans and executive business reviews, monitor adoption and satisfaction, manage risks and escalations, and improve onboarding processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, technical customer success, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS products
- Understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience serving enterprise clients in consultative and hands-on roles
- Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement
- Ability to own escalations
Responsibilities
- Help customers achieve business outcomes through AI
- Lead new customer deployments and guide SSO and connector setup
- Own delivery from kickoff through go-live and renewal
- Create and execute joint success plans and executive business reviews
- Provide program management and execute project plans
- Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution
- Improve onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Provide feedback for process and product improvements
