About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of crypto businesses, fintechs, banks, and stablecoin issuers. You will monitor customer health and usage, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, and run QBRs that demonstrate value. You will work with Solutions and Product and help improve EMEA customer-success processes.
Requirements
- B2B customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Experience owning renewals or expansion, including NRR, GRR, or ARR metrics
- Financial services background in crypto, regtech, payments, or traditional finance
- Ability to manage client meetings in a structured and organized way
- Commercial awareness
- Fluency with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Own customer health, retention, and expansion across the portfolio
- Use health scores and usage data to prioritize customer engagement
- Run renewals end to end, including risk forecasting and commercial negotiations
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities
- Run QBRs that demonstrate customer value
- Coordinate with Solutions and Product and improve EMEA playbooks, tools, and processes
