About the Role
You will lead the strategy and execution for a Commercial Outcomes Architect segment. You will improve adoption, retention, customer value, and satisfaction; recruit and develop Outcomes Architects; and build KPI and OKR practices. You will partner across customer-facing and product functions, drive AI workflow adoption with customers, and lead high-stakes customer engagements.

Responsibilities
- Improve product adoption, retention, customer value, and satisfaction
- Develop retention strategies and prevent churn
- Recruit, train, and mentor Outcomes Architects
- Build and refine KPI and OKR systems
- Partner with solutions consulting and forward deployed engineers on onboarding and customer journeys
- Channel customer feedback into product development
- Drive AI workflow adoption with customers
- Lead high-stakes customer engagements and business reviews
