About the Role
You will own the health, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise customers across the Americas. You will create account plans and stakeholder maps, lead renewal negotiations, run executive business reviews, and coordinate complex use cases with Support, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning enterprise accounts with complex workflows, integrations, and multiple stakeholders
- Proven retention and expansion results in large accounts
- Ability to develop reliable renewal forecasts
- Executive business review experience
- Ability to communicate value to C-suite audiences
- Cross-functional coordination with Support, Solutions, Product, and Engineering
- Fluency with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Own health, retention, and expansion across the AMER enterprise portfolio
- Create account plans and stakeholder maps for key customers
- Lead renewal cycles from risk forecasting through term negotiation
- Run executive business reviews that demonstrate ROI
- Coordinate complex multi-team use cases
- Keep internal leaders informed of risks and opportunities
