About the Role

The Account Executive will champion Sardine's risk-platform value proposition, develop qualified enterprise opportunities, conduct discovery, communicate business value, manage the full sales cycle, and provide market feedback from prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of success selling to Tier 1 financial institutions, fintechs, and neo-banks.
  • Expertise in fraud and compliance.
  • Extensive network of industry executives and leaders.
  • Consultative sales and discovery-session experience.
  • Ability to translate risk, compliance, technical, and customer-experience challenges into business value.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Experience structuring complex deals and demonstrating financial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, EU, and internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working across a matrixed, global organization spanning multiple geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' challenges, initiatives, technology stacks, and priorities.
  • Establish credibility and thought leadership in digital transformation, digital identity, compliance, and fraud.
  • Develop expertise in Sardine's product offering and align solutions with client challenges.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including outbound strategy, qualification, presentations, demos, negotiations, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide market feedback from prospects and clients.
