About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to funded account. You will build and maintain a consistent pipeline, run targeted outbound sequences, lead discovery calls and product demos, and negotiate with founders and finance leads to get accounts funded quickly. You will travel to major crypto conferences, host events, and convert field relationships into funded accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years in crypto with at least two years in a closing or pipeline-building sales role
- Deep existing network across crypto founders, operators, and finance teams
- Experience selling to stablecoin-native companies or similar crypto GTM backgrounds (VC deal flow, early sales at crypto-native companies, GTM or BD at major L1/L2 projects)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline reporting
- US-based (East Coast preferred, New York or Miami ideal) and willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and meetings
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, social, calls, and warm introductions to stablecoin-native companies
- Build and maintain a full pipeline
- Research and identify high-fit accounts across the stablecoin and broader crypto ecosystem and run targeted outbound sequences
- Use product-led signals to prioritize and personalize outreach
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in CRM with every deal tracked and next steps scheduled
- Run a fast, disciplined deal process and progress deals from first meeting to funded account within 7–14 days
- Lead discovery calls to uncover pain points around treasury management, payments, and yield
- Deliver tailored product demos to each prospect
- Navigate conversations with founders, finance leads, and operations teams to secure funded accounts
- Attend major crypto conferences and industry gatherings and convert event relationships into pipeline and funded accounts
- Host dinners, roundtables, and 1:1 meetings around events to maximize opportunities
