About the Role

You will build, close, and expand partnerships with applications, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem participants in the Solana ecosystem. You will identify strategic accounts, drive new business and expansion, collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives, represent the business at events, share product feedback, and support co-marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Maintain deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and activate them.
• Have 5–8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a record of hitting or exceeding targets in high-growth technical markets.
• Have experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in developer tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets and build the playbook as you go.
• Demonstrate passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem.
• Leverage your Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.
• Collaborate with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market motions.
• Represent the business at Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.
• Run a product feedback loop with the Solana engineering team.
• Work with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories.
