Requirements
- 1+ years of experience and a keen interest in continuous daily improvement focused on sales
- Understanding of wallets and why stablecoins are the future of commerce
- Comfortable in complex selling environments communicating with decision makers at many levels
- A problem-solving mindset
- A degree in finance or a business-related subject is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, initiating campaigns and prospecting through multiple channels with an emphasis on cold-calling
- Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key target audiences through different external and internal sources
- Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management to maximize adoption
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
- Execute solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate the KAST Business value proposition
- Scale the KAST Business product by contributing to the Go-To-Market strategy and product roadmap
- Become a product expert on KAST Business market positioning and solution offerings
