About the Role

Drive institutional adoption of Canton Validator Nodes, Super Validator Nodes, and the Key Management Solution while owning opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, and negotiation.
  • Experience collaborating on proposals and contracting with leadership and legal or compliance partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn and discuss infrastructure, APIs, security controls, and key management.
  • Ability to manage multiple active opportunities in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from discovery and solution alignment through negotiation and close.
  • Position validator operations and key management capabilities for institutional requirements.
  • Build and manage qualified pipelines across institutional segments.
  • Execute outbound and partner-led prospecting with disciplined account planning.
  • Engage senior technology, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Coordinate solution engineering, product, customer success, and operations resources.
  • Provide field feedback for product roadmap, onboarding, and messaging.
  • Support proposals, pricing, and contracting.
  • Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and report on pipeline health.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to Canton ecosystem growth.
