About the Role
You will manage federal accounts and lead customers from consideration through AI deployment. You will build government customer programs with technical partners, own consumption revenue and forecasts, analyze account metrics, monitor the federal landscape, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 14+ years selling PaaS and/or SaaS products into federal government accounts
- Experience consistently achieving federal revenue targets above $2M per year
- Experience with federal deal strategies, contracting, and procurement
- Experience working with senior government executives and federal agency leaders
- Ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts
- Experience leading federal customer events and briefings
- Experience gathering and processing federal market intelligence
Responsibilities
- Manage federal accounts and execute federal account plans
- Lead federal customers through AI adoption and deployment
- Partner with solutions and research engineering on government customer programs
- Own and manage a federal consumption revenue target
- Oversee consumption revenue forecasting and reporting
- Analyze federal account metrics and provide insights
- Monitor federal agencies, policies, competitors, and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support recruitment and onboarding of federal-focused team members
