About the Role
You will manage key accounts and deliver comprehensive account plans. You will guide enterprise prospects through deployment, build complex customer programs with solutions and research engineering, manage consumption revenue targets and forecasts, analyze account metrics, and share market insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
- Experience achieving revenue targets above $1M per year for more than 3 years
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Experience supporting fast-growing, high-performance companies
- Experience working directly with C-level executives
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing market intelligence
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and execute comprehensive account plans
- Lead enterprise prospects from consideration to successful deployment
- Partner with solutions and research engineering on customer programs and projects
- Own a consumption revenue target
- Manage consumption revenue forecasts
- Analyze account metrics and provide stakeholder insights
- Monitor the industry landscape and inform product and corporate strategy
- Collaborate across business functions
- Support teammate recruitment and onboarding
- Support company culture development
